State Sympathy Card

Remembering our Brother Knights who have passed away is a priority for the State Council. By completing the Sympathy Card Order Form and sending it to the Sympathy Card Chairman, a sympathy card signed by the State Deputy and the State Chaplain will be sent to the family.

Important Note

Submitting the deceased Knight’s information on Form #100 to the Supreme Council will not automatically notify the State Council. Please ensure this information is also sent directly to the State Council using the Sympathy Card Order Form.

Memorial Board

If you would like to have the deceased Knight's name placed on the memorial board displayed at all State Conventions and meetings, please contact Chairman Mike Deamos for instructions. Funds donated for the memorial board support the Msgr. Mancuso Catholic Education Fund.
