State Sympathy Card & Memorial Board Programs

Honoring and remembering our Brother Knights who have gone before us is a sacred priority for the Missouri State Council. We provide two distinct ways for your council to wrap the families of our departed brothers in prayer and fraternal support.

1. The State Sympathy Card Program

Upon receiving notification, a formal sympathy card—hand-signed by both the State Deputy and the State Chaplain —will be mailed directly to the deceased Brother Knight's family on behalf of the entire jurisdiction.

⚠️ Critical Reporting Note for Grand Knights

Submitting a deceased Knight’s information to the Supreme Council using Form #100 does not automatically notify the State Council.

To ensure a card is sent, you must explicitly complete the local Sympathy Card Order Form and send it directly to the State Sympathy Card Chairman listed below.

2. The Convention Memorial Board

You can permanently honor a departed Brother's memory by having his name added to the official Memorial Board , which is prominently displayed at all State Conventions and major regional meetings throughout the fraternal year.

  • Supporting a Sacred Cause: Financial donation of $25 made in conjunction with placing a name on the Memorial Board directly benefits the Msgr. Mancuso Catholic Education Fund , transforming grief into a blessing for the future of Catholic education.

  • How to Apply: Please reach out directly to Chairman Mike Deamos for submission guidelines and donation instructions.
