Encourage those that are willing to take leadership roles in the council. Unless you want your current position in the Knights for life, you need to reach out to and involve new members. Our Leadership Engagement Chairman can help you get new men to step up to lead the council. He is also on the lookout for new District Deputies, if you are interested.
