A thriving Knights of Columbus council requires both visionary leaders and an active, engaged membership. For our councils to remain vibrant and sustainable, current officers must intentionally mentor the next generation. Our newly combined Leadership and Council Engagement Chairman is here to help your council build a strong leadership pipeline while revitalizing your entire roster. From welcoming new initiates to re-activating long-time members, we provide the tools to get men excited about participating in parish projects and charitable works. 

Stepping into leadership or trying to re-energize a quiet council can feel daunting, but we anchor our efforts in our state theme: "Your Grace is Sufficient for me." God equips those He calls. When we rely on His grace, we find the strength to lead our families, parishes, and brothers closer to Christ.
