Star Assembly Award
This new award is designed to recognize assemblies for outstanding achievement in membership and Fourth Degree programs. To be eligible, an assembly must meet the following criteria:
Publish a monthly newsletter or bulletin to assembly members (must send copies
to Vice Supreme Master)Submit Form #186 – Report of Officers Chosen
Submit Form #1728 – Annual Survey of Fraternal Activities
Submit Form #1315 – Annual Assembly Audit Report
Meet the assembly new member goal (5% of membership on July 1)
Earn the Fourth Degree Civic Award
Enter the “To Be a Patriot” (Form #TBP-2 by April 30) competition
Completing the Journey of Knighthood
